I was doing some research this weekend looking for inexpensive e-commerce. I found a few that offer a sort of clip-on approach for shopping carts. The site that needs a cart is already developed and right now the hosting environment is a bit unknown. Also the client's budget is a bit of a mystery.
I'm leaning toward this one:

It's basically free. The client already has cc processing and expressed that his main need is to have the orders pre-filled so he doesn't have to manually fill them out when his customers call them in.
There are some that have a monthly fee. I like this one:
